As the core transmission component of horizontal sand pumps, this series of pulleys is cast from QT500-7 ductile iron and precision-machined on CNC lathes. They offer high torque transmission efficiency (adjustable transmission ratio from 1:1.5 to 1:3) and an exceptionally long service life (≥20,000 hours). Complying with the JB/T9004.1-2018 "Belt Drive Coupling" standard, they are compatible with B/C V-belts and meet the demands of demanding applications such as mining and river desilting.
