A: Critical tolerances of pump components are verified using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to achieve ±0.05mm accuracy. Additionally, our high-precision CNC machining centers ensure turbine dimensional accuracy up to IT7 grade.

A: All pumps undergo multiple quality checks, including:

 

  • Hydraulic pressure test (1.5 times the design pressure, compliant with ISO9906:2012 Level 1)
  • 72-hour continuous operation test with a 30% solid-liquid mixture to simulate real working conditions.
